Specially designed for harsh slurry conveying, ore crushing, grading and mineral separation working conditions: wear-resistant ceramic liners, ceramic conveying pipes, cyclone wear linings, wear-resistant nozzles and lining tiles. These ceramic parts feature ultra-high hardness, outstanding abrasion resistance and strong acid & alkali corrosion resistance, effectively reducing equipment wear and extending service life in flotation, magnetic separation and gravity separation production lines.
Metallurgical Refractory High-Temperature Ceramics
Our flagship NSiC / SiSiC silicon carbide ceramic products are widely applied in high-temperature smelting and thermal treatment processes: high-temperature ceramic tubes, thermocouple protection sleeves, kiln furniture, furnace lining components, molten metal riser pipes and smelting auxiliary fittings. The NSiC ceramic tubes can operate stably under long-term 1450°C working temperature, with excellent thermal shock resistance, non-wettable performance against molten aluminum, zinc, copper and other non-ferrous metals, no impurity contamination to smelting products.
